My XpressFill XF460 has now filled over 10,000 liters in the past 5 months. I've sold over 7,000 liters since August 1, 2009. I bottle about 1,000 liters at a time and check the machine for accuracy during bottling. It nails it every time on every head within 2ml. It normally takes 3 to 4 cycles to get warmed up and then it's on. A bottling run takes a little more than two hours using the XpressFill. Every head is accurate and I have no complaints.
I am going to buy another XpressFill for a backup. I just thought about how much I rely on that little machine. It's the most important piece of equipment that I own- excluding my brew / distilling system. Those guys have turned a bad product around".

"I operate a u-vin/u-brew store in Port McNeill, British Columbia, Canada. I recently purchased the XF260 bottle filler. It arrived very well packed and extremely well made -the fillers are obviously built with high quality components. I ordered an optional transfer kit (definitely recommend!) with the filler. In the last 10 years I have gone through 3 other motorized pump style bottle filling machines. You've probably seen them on the market or with suppliers. While ok for home brewers, they just don't stand up in U-Brews. Do yourself a huge favor - pay the extra money for this quality machine! You will not be sorry, you really do get what you pay for. I have to say this one is exceptional in design, function, ease of use, and quality stainless components. It's super easy to use, simple to clean, portable - simply plug in and go, no setup, very little learning curve at all.
I love the fact that you can, with a little figuring and adjustment, use any bottle style. It stops filling automatically, so is great for bottlers who want to relax and enjoy the experience, without feeling stressed by having to "guess" at the correct fluid amt in their bottles. It takes up so little space on the counter, is very fast at filling while still giving the customer enough time to cork the bottles while the other bottles are filling.
The maintenance is a breeze on this little machine that only weighs 25lbs. Get the LAST bottle filler you'll ever need for your u-brew or cottage winery. This company is fabulous to deal with, they communicate well, and are a pleasure to do business with, so buy with confidence!"

The little mesh filter that I put over the stainless rod works great and I am not going to bother with the in-line filter as it isn't really necessary for our application, I am just using the one on the rod to insure that I don't plug anything in the pump itself as I don't want to throw off its amazing accuracy".
