The carbonated beverage filler is a counter pressure can filler that fills cans from a pressurized source, such as a keg, without losing carbonation; using a sensor probe that shuts off the fill at the desired height. The fill cycle includes a pre-fill purge with CO2 to reduce the oxygen intake. To minimize excessive foaming during the fill, lengths of tubing can be installed to fill from the bottom. This filler was designed to be technically sophisticated, while operationally, extremely simple.
Even though this machine is designed for carbonated beverages, it can also be used for still products, using a pressurized keg or pump.
This filler can be used with can sizes that have the standard 12 and 16 oz lid opening. Other can sizes can be accommodated on requst.
Each filler is built to order in our factory. Lead times vary, ranging from two to three weeks. Please plan accordingly.
XpressFill bottle fillers are NOT certified as explosion proof, should be used in a well ventilated area, and not for use with solvents. It should be noted that 70% alcohol is 140 proof and has a flash point of 70°F, making the product volatile, as well as flammable.
Able to accommodate can sizes ranging from 12 oz. to 19.2 oz.
Can be used for both nitrogenated and carbonated products.
