Level Fillers are for the Artisans who wish to fill their bottles to the height they choose, regardless of bottle variations. The Level Fillers are designed with a sensor control which shuts off the fill at the desired height. Simply set the fill level you want for your bottle by adjusting the shelf to the desired height, then place your bottle on the shelf. When the bottle is placed on the shelf, it will trigger the snap switch, which starts the fill. The fill will be shut off when the sensor detects the liquid hitting the correct level in the bottle.

Level Fillers are most popular in industries requiring their bottles to be filled to consistent levels even when volumes may vary more than 3%. Level Fillers are ideal for the Wine Industry and many other Industries in which hand blown bottles are often used. Hand blown and other specialty bottles typically have slight variations in bottle wall thicknesses, punt size, diameter of the bottle, and neck height, amongst other inconsistencies. The level of liquid to fill each bottle is easily set by moving the adjustable tray to the proper height.The fill level is controlled by a sensor which guides the machine to fill each bottle to the same level. Additionally, the Artisan has the choice of filling one or more bottles at a time, making the process easy for one person to handle.

The newly released XF1100 single bottle filler was designed, after much demand, for the small Artisan Producer whose production has grown past the one-bottle-at-a-time-by-hand method.  High quality, easy to use, affordable and fast.

The XF2100 is perfect for the Artisan who has outgrown a single bottle system due to increased production demands.  The Level Fill fillers were specifically designed to fill bottles to exact levels in the bottle.  With the added flexibility of being able to increase or decrease flow rate, add options such as inert gas sparge and / or a transfer kit, allows the user to customize their filler to their specific needs.  Simple to use, made with high quality food grade and stainless steel components, easy to clean.

• 240 Bottles per Hour capacity in wine or equivalent viscosity, 750 ml bottle*

Available Options:

1. Inert Gas Flush ($250) for use of nitrogen or similar gas in the bottling.
2. Variable Flow Rate Control Valves* ($150) to slow down or speed up filling rate.
3. Custom Filler Spouts ($45) for bottling unusual-sized bottles or types.
4. Transfer Kit- ($45) consists of 3 feet of reinforced hose with 24 inches of 300 Series stainless steel rod attached. The stainless steel rod is capped on the end with pvc tubing precisely cut so it can sit at the bottom of the bulk container ensuring the maximum transfer of your product. The Transfer Kit provides the perfect method of transferring your product from bulk container to filler (bottles).

The XF4100 is for the Artisan producing a substantial quantity of their product.  The Level Fill fillers were specifically designed to fill bottles to exact levels in the bottle.  With the added flexibility of available options (including  increasing or decreasing flow rate, adding inert gas sparge, transfer kit,  or custom spouts), the user is able to customize their filler to their specific needs.  Simple to use, made with high quality food grade and stainless steel components, easy to clean.
