Volumetric Filler
Volumetric fillers dispense a precise volume of product into the bottles, and are the best choice for many industries, including those with strict regulations concerning bottle volumes.
The Volumetric Fillers are suitable for nearly every industry. The Volumetric Fillers provide the most flexibility for filling a broad range of bottle sizes, ideal for the Artisan wishing to bottle their product in a variety of different sized bottles. The fillers are extremely easy to use and maintain. Each XpressFill bottle filler is equipped with an adjustable shelf allowing the User to put the shelf at the right height (and change the height as desired) for each set of bottles.
Volumetric fillers are ideal for distilled spirits, olive oil, lotions and oil-containing products. The variations in bottle fill volumes are within a consistent range of 0.3% or less in order to comply with the regulations set by the TTB. Industries such as Distilled Spirits must comply with the strictest regulations which makes the volumetric fillers perfectly suited for their industry.When bottling with the XpressFill Volumetric Fillers, it is important that the bottles be consistent in size, wall thickness, punt, etc., in order for the levels to be consistent amongst the bottles.
Volumes are controlled by use of the digital timer. The User simply inputs the amount of time necessary to fill the bottle. For example, a 2 oz bottle might take 4 seconds to fill, a 275 ml bottle 13 seconds, and a 750 ml bottle 25 seconds (based on water). Times will vary according to the viscosity of the product. The digital timer is precise and adjustable down to .01 seconds, and the time is stored in the memory until changed by the user.
PLEASE NOTE: Each bottle filler is built to order in our factory. Lead times vary but are usually one to two weeks. Please plan accordingly. We do our best to keep our lead times short but as a small business, we depend on our suppliers. Your patience is very much appreciated.

The stainless steel rod is capped on the end with pvc tubing precisely cut so it can sit at the bottom of the bulk container ensuring the maximum transfer of your product. The Transfer Kit provides the perfect method of transferring your product from bulk container to filler (bottles).
