XpressFill introduces the newest filler deigned to fill thick, viscous liquids that can contain particulates. The high temperature particulate filler is ideal for filling glass or plastic cans or bottles with hot sauce, barbeque sauce, juices or other difficult to fill liquids that may contain particulates. The filler can be used with fill temperatures up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. A larger flow path allows for a smooth fill and flexibility in your choice of product.
Each bottle filler is built to order in our factory. Lead times vary, ranging from one to four weeks. Please plan accordingly.
XpressFill bottle fillers are NOT certified as explosion proof, should be used in a well ventilated area, and not for use with solvents. It should be noted that 70% alcohol is 140 proof and has a flash point of 70°F, making the product volatile, as well as flammable.
